He explained my issues and addressed my concerns and I have no concern with him. Rather my concern is with the dealership as a whole. Of the 23 people I counted, only 3 wore masks and no one maintained a 6-foot safety distance. Most staff acted as if we were in the middle of a pandemic. Noticed something was not right so they took the car back to fix it. Fixed the issue and I’m back on the road. Trustworthy by being honorable.
