new tires Came to Palmer Dodge because I was told I needed 4 new shocks and 4 new tires by Dekalb Tire on my 2017 Jeep Rubicon, with only $23k miles on the vehicle I wanted Jeep to confirm what I needed. I dealt with Roberto Del Campo upon arrival and he pretty quickly told me I needed 4 new tires, next step was confirming the shocks. Had to leave the Jeep so they could diagnose. So my only complaint was that we agreed on a price over... So my only complaint was that we agreed on a price over the phone that included the Doc fee of $899. When they sent me the paperwork that fee wasn’t included. I asked to meet in the middle and that wouldn’t so I was very disappointed with that but over all not bad. My advice put everything in an email or text.
Good & Hardworking staff but need to focus more on testing This was my first visit to Palmer and WInson handled all request very professionally. Eventually I got what I came for however, service staff needs to make sure that vehicle is tested fully before hand over to customer. My radio has issue and it was replaced as per manufacturing warranty however when I drove back o home oberved that cameras where not connected at all.
