new tires Came to Palmer Dodge because I was told I needed 4 new shocks and 4 new tires by Dekalb Tire on my 2017 Jeep Rubicon, with only $23k miles on the vehicle I wanted Jeep to confirm what I needed. I dealt with Roberto Del Campo upon arrival and he pretty quickly told me I needed 4 new tires, next step was confirming the shocks. Had to leave the Jeep so they could diagnose. Was not happy how finance handled our loan. Not much... Was not happy how finance handled our loan. Not much explanation about the loan. It was all about selling the warranties. Should not roll warranties into loan unless you explain their real costs first. Seems like you are dividing them out to the ridiculous so people will buy them.
