I was beyond satisfied! The dealer I had used in the past... I was beyond satisfied! The dealer I had used in the past told me the first spot they had for me was August 5, and my check engine light had come on. I was told I could leave it and they could try to get to it in 2-3 days. I contacted Palmer and received an apt the next morning, and had my vehicle back the same day! Luis was so easy to deal with and explained the process thoroughly. I will definitely be changing my preferred dealer to Palmer!!

Ask for Chelsie I have only used the dealership's service twice - once to come in for an installation that was part of my purchase deal and once to make an appt though I got frustrated and never made the appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone (for an appt) both times was a bit rude and it seemed like I was a disruption to his day. I'm not posting his name here but did share with my salesperson so it could be passed along. My advice is to ask for Chelsie. She was friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to work with.... read more
