In the past when I had my Ram truck I bought from Palmer I had nothing but negative experiences on their service. However I figured I'd give it a shot as they have great Jeep service reviews. Fixed remotes Luis did a great job in defining my problem with the remote, then working the warranty so I did not have a bill! He also implemented a factory recall.

Went in at about 9AM for AC service without an... Went in at about 9AM for AC service without an appointment. Murray Baraw gave me an estimate and told me he’d call if it was more than a test and a system recharge. He called about 3 PM and said it was complete. He also reminded me that I still one oil change remaining on my service package. I always bring my 2008 Jeep Commander here for service and will return!
