They were very attentive to my needs and spent time explaining all the features of the vehicle and extended warranties available. They follow up with me the next day to ensure I had no questions and was happy with my vehicle.

Friendly staff and quick service Good experience this time. Last time a few things were left undone like tire pressure and they did not reset the oil light. Not a big deal but attention to detail and they check off on the paperwork that they did.

Really great experience I went in knowing pretty much what I wanted. It was a no pressure experience. The negotiation was fair and not confrontational. Outstanding Service By Palmer Dodge.. Again!! Roberto in service and Ryan in parts did an outstanding job taking care of some service and warranty issues on my 2014 Ram 1500 eco diesel. I also had to replace an interior door panel that my 1 year old German Shepherd chewed up. Thanks to Ryan for getting the part! Roberto also provides top quality customer service!

They even offered to pay for an Uber so I could go home and return when my service was finished! My service rep, Luis, exceeded my expectations by keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process of waiting for parts to arrive, scheduling a follow up appointment, making sure I understood every charge on my bill, etc.
