This was my first visit. It is my goal to evaluate the performance of the dealership without letting the amount of time that it took, and the lack of supplies affect my opinion. Having said that, everything went smoothly once the parts arrived. Even during the wait, true to her word, Ms. Nicole Small kept me informed which helped me make other travel arrangements. I believe the price was fair, and trust that the work met shop and industry standards.

This is the second time getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this time around I want to say without a doubt that my experience was better. My service advisor Nathan went above and beyond to assist me. He even got me out of there before the estimated time. Everything was smooth and easy, I was unsure of how a recall works but I was presently surprised. I also had an oil change done at the same time. Thank you so very much Nathan!!!
