Great place to go for service. Very friendly and helpful staff. I do recommend that this is a place to take your vehicle. Went in for a recall work, had no problems. 2 reasons why I didn't rate this a 5- 1. I was told my truck was going to be in the shop for 2 days (No Problem), on the end of the 2nd day I called to check the status. Service Advisor stated that he was busy that he would call me back (Again No Problem). Did not get the call back. Nowadays it’s hard to find a shop that gets the work done and also has great customer service. Worked with Debbie and her colleagues they all had smiles on their faces; great energy and I left there with a smile on my face as well. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Time for oil change and tire rotation. Staff was courteous, service was done quickly and neatly. I've stopped going to the other dealerships in the area because I've had the fasted service at Puente Hills.
