Christopher was polite but found out the services were not completed after taking the car home.
Good service car was good at the end but had to request double inspection in order for my car to be checked throughly was not happy about that. Over all Chris was helpful to apply for a payment plan. I would really appreciate for the employees not to doubt the customer (me and my husband) on a problem with our car that we use everyday. if the customer is telling you they are not happy with the way their car sounds is because there’s something wrong with the car.
