This review is in regards to Vic himself as a customer service rep … he is excellent and has very good communication skills and is on top of things…. As for the actual service department I am not too fond of as I will be taking my truck in for repairs for the fourth time for the same issue

Your checker-in was rude not letting me finish telling him my concerns. And as far as the oil change they didn't clean the area, and now I have drips on my driveway. However your van driver was a prince, he needs a raise.
