"awesome Service!" Great service from Luis in the service department. Luis is always professional yet friendly. He is always honest and upfront with costs and options. I really feel like Luis looks out for my best interests and doesn't push unnecessary repairs , to the contrary he will let me know when and for how long I can hold off on certain inspections that would be costly. Its unusual to find such an honest representative at a dealership . Five stars to Luis and Puente Hills Chrysler .

"Minor Service" The staff are friendly and helpful. They took the time explaining the service process. The dealership is an older facility and might not look appealing but don’t let that deceive you. The customer service and knowledge makes it a worthwhile experience.
