The service department was great, my service writer Nicole, was awesome, but the facility desperately needs a remodel.

Already have an issue with vehicle on the first in my possession. Have spent 3 days at the service department. Still not fixed. I am a bit frustrated. Can't run the air or heater without the car jerking. I am beyond frustrated. I need my car to run properly and smoothly!
