Service dept was prompt service. Phone call was made when my Jeep was completely. Only downfall .. No one answers the phones when calling in office.

I my abe spoiled but when I take my Land Rover and Mercedes in for service the Service Advisors and counter people are all very professional and attentive. Your team projects the feeling that they are being bothered by having to be of service. No smile, no positive greeting. Take your staff to visit the BMW or Mercedes service departments to see if they sense a difference in environment.
