My truck has been there more times this year than at my house not good
Waited several weeks for parts. Drove over an hour to get there. Upon arrival one of the parts was wrong and second not ordered. Waste of dealership and my time. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership where they did not have the ordered part upon arrival
We called Ariel an she was to return the call about vehicle but left went home. Ok we never heard back from her!! So when I called the next day We got Kelvin he was so ruid!! He told my spouse I done had enough of you!! An we never saw him till then...What ever Ariel told him he was angry about me..
Brought my vehicle there twice for sunroof leak. Issue never got fixed. Ruined some of my company assets inside vehicle. Was going to bring it back a third time, but was advised to use a different dealership.
I took our van in for some routine maintenance, mainly a transmission service and a minor transmission leak. I had to take it back twice because the leak was worse than before I took it in. It took just over a month to resolve the issue.
I was told by Mr. Raticliff that I would have my license plate within a week and now it's been over four weeks and I still don't have a license plate.
You don't offer a good trade for my car and your prices are very high. I don't think I'll be buying from y'all anymore

I paid for them to fix issues and they didn't fix anything. It had the same issues as it did before but I still had to pay. Tried to reschedule to get it back in to get them to fix it but I can't leave my vehicle with them if I have nothing to drive. Since part of the repairs are a warranty issue
