AT LEAST ANSWER THE PHONE We traveled from New Mexico to McComb to take care of business. our 6 month old Ram 3500 truck issued multiple errors from check engine to ABS system alert. Started calling the service department at 7:30 but NO ANSWER. called over 2 dozen times with no response. Husband went to dealership and was TURNED AWAY. We had to travel to Brookhaven to have the truck looked at to ensure it was road worthy for the trip home. terrible customer service after the sale They were shady about sale once I signed the paperwork and left the lot. They gouge the prices of their vehicles and sell faulty vehicles.

Not Professional The managers don't call you back when you have a complaint. They avoid talking to you like you are nothing.When you call they lie for him to say he busy and you sitting there looking at them and they have no customers.

Bad service Had to get new electronic key for dodgr Journey, after almost 3 hours was told part of computer was bad anb must be replaced before key could work. Another $250. Walked out and went to Amite la dealer and had a new key in hand and leaving in 1 hour

They feed you a bunch of lies. This dealership is a joke. You pay extra for warranties that they will NOT cover. Excuse after excuse about why they will not cover. Then they make up lies about handling the situation and months pass by & still nothing. This place is a joke. If you want quality service, do not go here.

People like Gary are the reason consumers dread buying cars. Financing department was a nightmare. I have impeccable credit. Gary told me interest was going to be great, 6.9%. Haha! I ask if that was the best rate that I could get with my 788 credit score. “Oh, yeah the interest rates are sky high right now...” was his reply.
