Ease of looking for vehicle. Saleswoman Mechelle Clark was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She made looking for a car great. Made me feel i was in control of the experience and I purchased exactly what i wanted. The finance man was GREAT as well. Made it less painful to sign my name on the dotted line. LOL The overall experience was wonderful.
