Trade up no matter what I have given the rating of 4 because my salesman David H. Was wonderful. He sat with us and designed the RAM 2500 Of my dreams. We ordered it waited the 6 to 8 weeks , we checked on it once a week . On the 8th week David found out that the plant making my truck had closed for service. I would of had to wait approximately another 8 or more weeks. Something that was not in the cards for me the truck was needed ASAP . My salesman David H. Very professional Ricky Boone went above and beyond to make sure he located and got me in the truck I wanted. He drove almost 800 miles round trip,to pick my truck up and get it back to me!! He then made sure all of the extras that I wanted on it was installed and that it was spotless when I picked it up!!! Couldn’t be happier with Rainbow or with Ricky Boone!! Extremely satisfied!!!
