Great experience! Recently purchased a new Dodge Ram. Love the vehicle. Forrest Didon is top notch and a man of his word. He and his team worked with us and was able to save us a significant amount of money. Gary Commander was an awesome guy to meet and he knew his stuff. He helped us get the money where we needed it to be. Definitely recommend Rainbow in McComb!

customer service The service was different from others, but they made sure that we (my husband and I) purchased a vehicle. The trade-in was not fair as far as the price that I received for it and monthly notes are over what I can really afford. The incentives was what I deserved, we would automatically would have received them. The overall services was a great experience.
Warranty work done......courteous service. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles and I have worked at several car dealerships. The work we had done on our Jeep was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a car dealership. Warranty work was done in a timely manner and we were given a loaner to use while our Jeep was in the shop. Penny was courteous and easy to work with in the service Dept. If we need a new vehicle I’m sure we will be back.

Very Good Buying Experience My salesperson Mechelle Clark was very helpful and answered all my questions. She made the purchase of my new vehicle a comfortable and smooth experience. She was also very prompt in contacting me ,after I inquired about the car in an email. My overall experience at Rainbow Dodge was very good. I would recommend it to others looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Great experience! I knew when I walked through the door and Mr. Hosea jokingly fought over me with his coworker, I knew he was interested in my business. Mr. Hosea was very engaging and honest through the entire process. I knew I was going to choose Mr. Hosea when he went to go get the car and pull it up to the front instead of walking me over to the car like the typical salesman. Very nice guy at heart and willing to stretch for his customers. Highly recommend Mr. Hosea and Rainbow CDJR!
