"I have used this dealership for all my Ram 1500 service..." I have used this dealership for all my Ram 1500 service over the past four years. The Service Managers take care of me quickly so that I can get on my way. This time I had a recall notice and they were able to take care of it same day. I just left the vehicle with them and they were done later that same day. They offered shuttle service, but I did not need it that day. I did schedule the service online several days ahead.
