"I have used this dealership for all my Ram 1500 service..." I have used this dealership for all my Ram 1500 service over the past four years. The Service Managers take care of me quickly so that I can get on my way. This time I had a recall notice and they were able to take care of it same day. I just left the vehicle with them and they were done later that same day. They offered shuttle service, but I did not need it that day. I did schedule the service online several days ahead. "Great experience " Very courteous and professional. From sales to service to body shop personnel. They have a very large inventory of the latest vehicles and are willing to work with you to get the best deal.
"Oil change" The only thing I didn't appreciate was my car being parked so far away when it was raining and I had my two little grandchildren with me.
"2017 grand caravan" I dealt with the nicest salesman ever. His name is Darren Dalsis. He was honest and works with you to get what you want. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman. Will definitely deal with Darren again. I am loving my new van.
"My service rep CJ made my experience great !" CJ greeted pleasantly greeted me and answered all my questions. He also made arrangements for my ride home and pick up too since the shuttle was not available. The female porter who drove me home and picked me up was polite and friendly.
"Muffler replacement" Steve Rankle was my service agent. He did a great job of keeping informed of what was going on. Original estimates to replace the muffler and pipes on my 07 Durango came in at $1875.00. Actual cost came to $1233.00.. I was quite pleased with results. Parts were hard to find but Steve came through.
"RAM 1500 Lease" The sales person was great and worked to get the best deal for me. He showed me the car functions in detail and explained me how to make the best use of the car. I am very happy with my new acquisition. I highly recommend the dearship as well as the sales person Darren Dalsis that were very helpful and friendly during the negotiation.
