I have been using Renaldo Honda to service my Civic since purchasing from them in April 2021. The staff is friendly and the work is always top notch. I usually wait for my service and they get me in right away and finish the job in a timely manner. No other place I'd rather use for all of my Honda needs.
Great dealership work with. They agree to knock off all the markup and was able to buy the car at msrp. Rebecca was very helpful with the process. Would definitely buy from them again.
Becca is the best and the entire staff made it such an amazing experience. I have never bought a car before where I felt so at ease. Becca is such a wonderful person who followed up with me after months of being undecided. I am so glad I was able to do business with Renaldo Honda. The service staff was professional and courteous. While my battery issue was not resolved, the staff did what they could and explained the issue.
Honda has always been a great place to deal with but the service department can’t keep good help at service desk. They always change and the help doesn’t know what is going on. Recalls aren’t getting done either. So I wonder if I’m safe.
