Our appointment was for 1pm and our car was given to the mechanic at 1:5 the repair took 45 minutes we waited in a customer lounge and had a tv to watch and free snacks and coffee or water the waiting area was very clean at when the repair was done the customer service representative explained the problem that was repaired and that there was no change for the repair
Easy to deal with and kept me informed on what was going on and appreciated suggestions for what needed to be done.
