Went beyond expectations I was so impressed with the service I received from Charles Davis. Because we had a return visit for our issue, he offered his personal service and opinion. I have never had a supervisor take the time to explain and make suggestions about the service as he did. Each person that I spoke with treated my husband and me with courtesy and respect. Fast and courteous! My car was serviced in a timely manner and everyone at the dealership is friendly. Setting the appointment was easy and I was able to get a time slot that was convenient for me. And most importantly, they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner. I was surprised at how quickly it was done! And the price was really reasonable!!!

Our new Toyato We were extremely pleased with the entire process of purchasing our new Toyato. Starting with our knowledgeable and professional sales representative (Sean Ostrander) and ending with the Finace Representative, I do not remember her name, but she was excellent and we enjoyed tslking with her.
Routine maintenance service Made an appointment for routine service. Got to dealership, technician greeted us, and took car back for service. We sat in the nice customer lounge area and within 30 minutes they were calling my name - service completed. Technician returned my keys and reviewed everything that was done. Easy, convenient, and timely with no hassle!
I can trust them to take care of my car. I drove in without an appointment. Service was prompt and efficient. While I waited I bought a key fob battery for my other car. The man in the service department was pleasant and efficient. He installed my key battery, sold me one for my other key fob, and explained how to install it. Always a good experience.
Scheduled service Went to have my scheduled service drive in dropped off car sat down ate some popcorn and by time I was finished with popcorn they had finished my service. Service technician went over the information on the service ticket, and explained future services that I might need. I paid and left.
Car Purchase Brian Armstrong helped me tremendously with my new car purchase. I am so grateful for him walking me through this process. He was very helpful and encouraging. He even stopped eating his breakfast just to help me. Thank you Brian for everything.
