I can trust them to take care of my car. I drove in without an appointment. Service was prompt and efficient. While I waited I bought a key fob battery for my other car. The man in the service department was pleasant and efficient. He installed my key battery, sold me one for my other key fob, and explained how to install it. Always a good experience.
Scheduled service Went to have my scheduled service drive in dropped off car sat down ate some popcorn and by time I was finished with popcorn they had finished my service. Service technician went over the information on the service ticket, and explained future services that I might need. I paid and left.
Car Purchase Brian Armstrong helped me tremendously with my new car purchase. I am so grateful for him walking me through this process. He was very helpful and encouraging. He even stopped eating his breakfast just to help me. Thank you Brian for everything.
Good customer service Sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Would buy again and recommend to others. Have bought several cars from dealership and would buy again. Toyota is a great product.
Warranty service Kent Skinner is always the consummate professional. I schedule my maintenance with him. The service department is fantastic. I am on my 4 th Toyota.
