Always professional and fair prices
Asked for a few different things to look at. Just gave me an absurd price on tires and battery.
I scheduled my appoint for 9am. I arrived at 9am and was told it would take 2 hours. It took 5 hours.
Chrysler issued a recall on 2016 Town and Country sliding door safety issues. We brought ours in a few months ago without complete repair. We brought it in again, with the dealer for over two weeks , charged $1,000 for whatever and the doors are still not working properly. We would like our $1,000 back and have chrysler step up and take care of problem covered by a national recall.
