The tire rotation and oil change great. Disappointed with parts department. Assured, promise something and could not deliver It's been two weeks..still waiting for a call back from parts dept. I will call you tomorrow..next week. Forget it.
I put a deposit on the car and then they raised it $1,000.00. The car had damaged that was caused by their employee in their lot and wanted me to pay for it. Finally after a week they "gave" in and "let" me have it at the price I originally had it at. Then never showed me how to use anything on the car. Gave it to me me with quarter of a tank of gas and no cover on the back windshield wiper. Would NEVER buy from them again. Totally felt like I was a nuisance to them.

I will NEVER recommend this dealership. One particular salesperson was incredibly rude, condescending and arrogant towards me. Another employee got an attitude when I did not want my current vehicle appraised and threw his pen down on the table. (I kid you not). RUN away from them!

Twice in and still having issues
Issue was not fixed. Now I have to schedule a second appointment to see if they can fix the issue.
A 1991 conversion van for $10K? Not a chance of ever selling that one!
Drove all the way across town only to find out the car we were told about was a piece of junk!!!
leaks oil after simple oil change. They say I need a new oil pan. Their negligence. My cost? Not right. service person Kyle not very helpful or fair. Long time customer. No longer.
