Excellent customer service Everyone we worked with at the dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase of our XC90. William Robertson is an excellent sales person. He took the time to explain the features of the car and was a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated the extra lengths that Volvo Corporate and Les Young went to in order to resolve a difficult situation. We highly recommend this dealership.
Beyond Easy Seriously, beyond easy. I don't write reviews often, but am happy to do so here. Salem Kirby answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. Thomas Wells delivered the car and took the time to walk us through everything. Both of them made the paperwork, legal and logistical issues just disappear. I'm still kind of in shock that it all happened that easily. I don't know when I'll need another car, but this will be my first stop when I do.
Exceptional Service Tim G. was the pinnacle of service. He worked with me the way I preferred. This dealership had the exact car I wanted, but was 3 hours away. Tim answered countless questions by phone and text as I preferred, and never pressured me to make any sort of decision faster than I wanted. Easily our best car buying experience. I had been shopping for a Subaru Outback for several months. Easy to work with. My search for a new car took several months consisting of some very frustrating interactions with other dealers. Volvo Cars Winston Salem was different. Salem found the perfect vehicle at the right price, James was worked out the financing details with my out of state bank, Tim did a great job of familiarizing us with all the new technologies in my new car, and Mark had our other car washed for us.
