Great experience - reasonable and honest sales staff I recently purchased a used Nissan altima from Volvo of the triad and had an incredibly positive experience. Even though the car wasn't a Volvo, the staff was still extremely knowledgable and helpful. I worked with Arren Cole and Les Young, who were both reasonable and fair in getting me a deal for the car. Loveeee my new car! I bought my first "big girl" purchase from here, which was a 2016 Hyundai Sonata! I had been looking online at this car at multiple places, but this was my first stop. As you can see, I didn't go anywhere else! Everyone was so helpful and nice! They made buying my first car far less scary and stressful!
Great Experience they remember the needs of their customers I had gone in to get a pre owned R Design which was initially a owner car and was not with the dealership. They said they cannot g down on the price as there is no margin. But later after a month the car was got into the dealership and they gave me the first opportunity to buy the car before putting it online for the rest of the market.
