This just became our go-to dealership We are expecting baby number three and it was time for us to get a minivan. Purchased used car Even though I was looking at buying a used car, and I was trading in a car that was comparable in value (which meant not a lot of $ to be made by the dealership), they treated me the same as if I were buying a brand new car with no trade-in. Fantastic Service The team at Volvo was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only was my sales rep a step above anything I've ever seen, but every other employee I encountered was kind, helpful, and thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking for a car-- I didn't even buy a Volvo, but their used selection is great!! To summarize, they made my experience and situation as easy as it could possibly have been and I am extremely thankful.
Family This is not your typical dealership. They treat their customers like family and are in no way pushy. I never felt Scott was trying to make a sale. All he wanted was for me to be as excited about the Volvo brand as he is! I'm truly ecstatic about being a first time Volvo owner.
New car made easy From the first time we visited Volvo of the Triad I felt that this was a good place. First time around we looked at a car for my wife. She ended up going with a different make but the service was so good so when it came time for me to get a new car I made sure to have Volvo of the Triad on my list. The staff was able to find me the perfect car and now I am driving the perfect car for me!
