No Pressure Experience Volvo of The Triad answered all our questions on the vehicle we were buying. Everyone from sales to finance, and service have been friendly and very helpful. Our daughter and son-in-law purchased a Volvo several years ago which they still drive and highly recommended the service department. As a new owner of a Volvo so far we certainly can recommend to our friends Volvo of The Triad.
Outstanding experience This was the best car buying experience we ever had. Our sales person Ben Humphrey was very knowledgeable about the Volvo we were interested in. He took his time explaining all the features and there was no pressure from him to buy like other dealers. I highly recommend this dealership. Even if you are not in the Triad area, it will be worth a trip to check them out.

Great Experience overall I initially felt like I was getting the runaround at my local Volvo dealership. After giving them a day or so to agree on things, I called Volvo of the Triad. I spoke with Salem Kirby and the initial numbers she gave me were better than the numbers I received from my local dealership (and I never mentioned those numbers to her). Relaxed, no-pressure buying experience. First I should say that I hate car shopping. The reason being that it is a totally awkward experience. I hate being preyed upon by a sales staff that will say anything to make sure to close the deal. AMAZING!!! I traveled half way across the state to work with this dealership because of their outstanding reputation. From my first conversation with Salem Kirby, to the "building of the car" with Les Young, to the "sale signing with James Fordham, to delivery of my car and "tech tutorial" with William Robertson, I was amazed at the professional attention I was shown.
