Great experience Usually I dread the car buying process but our sales person Ken Teetor and the rest of the staff at Volvo of the Triad made it a more enjoyable, less stressful experience. The selection of cars, friendliness and professionalism of the staff are far above anywhere else we've been. We're very happy with our Volvo XC90 and our experience with the dealership.

After the purchase, he took time to explain and demonstrate all the new features since my last purchase. He even helped transfer items from my trade-in to my new vehicle, without my asking!
Best car buying experience I've ever had!!! From the moment we drove into the parking lot, to the test drive and delivery of our new XC90, William and everyone at the dealership were great! Outstanding Customer Service This is the second Volvo that I have purchased from Volvo of the Triad. I traded my 2015 Volvo XC60 for recently for a 2016 XC60 because the offer that Volvo provided was too good to pass up.
