Great Service Oriented Dealership I was looking to buy a specific Volvo and they had several in stock. I was offered a fair price for my trade in that was within the estimate KBB and NADA stated my vehicle was worth in it's condition. Returning Customer This is the 5th Volvo purchased from Volvo of the Triad within our family. Glad to see the old faces in the new office after renovation. Volvo forgot to build a car that fully satisfies all of our needs, but it's not the Volvo of the Triad's fault - the folks here did an excellent job on their part. A buying experience with no rough edges. Volvo of the Triad has perhaps the finest service, sales and finance people I have ever met. They are selling and servicing luxury cars, and provide just the sort of experience you would like to expect as a matter of course. It is not the least expensive, I'm sure, but in a world where high quality experience is rare at any price, this dealership more than earns the difference.
