First time buying from Volvo W-S. I had looked on line for new and used Volvo XC70's. A prompt reply to my inquiry was made by Scott (sales). Great Experience!! When I started looking for a Honda Pilot and found one at a Volvo dealership, I was a little hesitant. From the first time I walked in, until I drove off the lot with the car, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, respectful and very easy to deal with. I plan to do my maintenance with this dealership even though I am over an hour away.
