Excellent Car Buying Experience The car buying experience at Volvo was so much better than other places i've been in the past. I usually dread buying or trading a car but this one was painless to say the least.
Excellent customer service My husband and I had an amazing experience trading in our old Volvo sedan and upgrading to a Volvo SUV. Ameer and James were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Ameer even spent extra time walking me through and teaching me about the navagation and other features after we purchased the vehicle. I plan to use this dealer in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again!

Professional and courteous, they made the car buying and delivery process easy and stress-free!! I have bought from the dealership in Greensboro before but it was definitely worth the drive out to Winston-Salem to buy the car from them!
USAA Members--- There's no reason to look anywhere else! I live in WV but found Volvo of the Triad using the USAA car buying service. Scott Roten followed up with our inquiry about an XC90 and literally walked the lot with his cell phone to help me find what I wanted! He immediately offered to deliver the car--4 hours. (We contacted a dealership in OH through the same USAA service because it was closer--- but they didn't offer to deliver the vehicle until we told them we were buying elsewhere.) Professional and courteous, they made the car buying and delivery process easy and stress-free!! Definitely worth the drive out to Winston-Salem to buy the car from them! Worth the drive I'm 'old school' and freely admit it. I investigated several dealerships, checked client reviews and even pressed myself on Volvo drivers to enquire about their experience/satisfaction. Volvo of the Triad was given high marks from a three-time owner of Volvos from this dealership and she lived in Chapel Hill. Emails followed and personal visit/tour/test drive resulted in my purchase. I can count on one hand - exceptional car-buying experiences - this was one of them.
New Wheels What a dream, usually purchasing a vehicle becomes a nightmare for me, but not this time. The staff at Volvo of the Triad.......I can't say enough about the professionalism Ameer Watkins extended to me and his extensive knowledge of the vehicles. From the time I arrived at the dealer location until the day they delivered the vehicle to me in Raleigh, there was no pressure. Straightforward, honest, and friendly staff The XC90 we bought from Volvo of the Triad was our first luxury vehicle purchase.
