Sales Person - Salem Kirby Our sales person was Salem Kirby. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and was interested in helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. She has thorough knowledge of the Volvo vehicles and their systems and was very good in explaining things to us. We would certainly recommend Salem as an excellent person to contact concerning purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

We went in to look at a possible trade in for a used car from Allen. We recently had purchased a used Toyota for our granddaughter, and was well pleased with how Allen served our needs. A warranty was going to be an important factor with a new purchase. So Allen took us to look at a 2013 S60 new. If we purchased a new car, it was going to be the 7th Volvo we had purchased plus the Toyota, since 1997. After being involved in a car accident, we recently purchased a vehicle from Volvo of the Triad. Our decision was made solely on how safe the car was and once our sales consultant Allen went over all of the safety features of the car, we were sold! We felt the dealership worked hard to find us the perfect car and we did! (Volvo S80) We received excellent costumer service from Allen as well as Ameer and Mark.
