This is my 3rd Volvo, and I can say i will buy another. I love the new direction Volvo is taking with the new designed S60 T6. I am very impressed with Andrew Robin, he treated me with respect and conducted himself withthe professional manor I expect every time i walk into the dealership. I guarantee he will bend over backwards to make sure your experience will be as good as mine.

I called ahead of time regarding a specific vehicle. They asked if I would be willing to make 70 mile drive to visit their dealership. I did make the drive. Soon after I arrived there, my employer called me and needed me to go to work (it was a Saturday). I told salesman that I had to leave within 2 hours, by 3:15. They were quick and efficient from demonstration to closing the deal. I drove my new car off the lot at exactly 3:15.

I would recommend Volvo of the Triad to all my friends. While my experience with them has had a few minor hiccups(as with any long-term relationship), I have been extremely please with their response to all of my concerns and to all of my service needs.
