My Wife and I purchased a used vehicle nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive the title. The dealership never said anything about there being an issue with the title. We found out about the issue from our insurance company. I met with the owner of the dealership, Rob Satter Sr, and asked to simply be given a refund. I would give them zero stars if I could. Sales is no substitute for service. They are rude, unkind and arrogant after multiple service blunders.
Recently I took my 2016 XC 90 in for a service. I bought my SUV December 23, 2019. Currently my vehicle has 67,000 miles on it. I was called later in the day to be informed that I would need to pay for several weeks of testing to ultimately attempt to apply for goodwill money to replace my engine and pistons. However, there was no Guarantee that goodwill money would aid in this cost. i bought a car from them carfax was showing 2 accidents they said employee owned unit was having a baby which i found out later was a lie when i ran autocheck on it came back with frame damage which was not on the carfax i called them sales manger stated he didnt care because autocheck will 90 percent of all auctions and dealers use is false does not matter car is worth half what i paid for it so i have had to file a complaint with dmv inspector and dealing with this bs stay away

This was my 26 year old daughter’s first car she bought on her own. This dealership never diagnosed why the engine blew up. Classic bait and switch company!!! DO NOT - believe the internet pricing on their cars!! Complete waste of time if you aren’t trading in a vehicle or if you aren’t financing so they can manipulate numbers. I have pictures of cars with prices and as we were texting prices online were changing, which I also took pictures. Buyer beware!! I would give a zero star rating if I could.
This has probably been one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had in a long time. I had initially inquired on an 07 Acura they had posted for sale Saturday 7/11. I was put in contact with Daniel Holder who had initially offered to have me stop by Monday to try and take a look at the vehicle after it was out of its “200 Point inspection”. I bought my 2nd s60 & this car is terrible. I had an older 02 Volvo & it’s still going strong with 225k miles. 2015 model is the complete opposite experience. Only had it 1 1/2 yrs. I’ve had to replace an evaporator core, thermostat sensor, and paint peeling without any accident and the car only has 66k miles. The dealer wasn’t helpful. I was promised free oil chains but charged. Poor customer service experience While I did contact the dealership at a very busy time of the year, I was surprised at the lack of customer service. One sales representative I contacted on December 23rd said they were going into a meeting and would call me right after it was finished. I didn't hear back so I called and left a message later that day. I finally received a text from them today on January 2nd!
