Very rude staff. Always do rush job Very bad after sales service. Always do rush job. Their misdiagnosis costed me $$$$. Even after leaving multiple messages they do not even bother to call back. Probably will never buy any vehicle from this dealer again. After leaving negative review I was called by this dealer and they asked me to come to showroom to get the issue fixed. Extremely rude and refused to repair vehicle We've been customers of this dealership for over twenty years and have over the past several years seen a decline in their customer service. They did body repair on one of our vehicles a few years ago and we recently noticed that the work with not completed as expected. The liftgate on the vehicle began to not open properly. Do Not buy a used car at Volvo of the Triad WS, NC! My wife & I- a retired couple were looking for a reliable second car at a good price. We found a used car at this dealership. The service manager, Ralph, called to confirm the car had been " thoroughly checked" and was in great mechanical condition. Also, it had the dealers " 200 point check up" and all was positive. Purchased used car Requested information via internet about used car Received information through text by a salesman seemed nice and informative. poor customer service New xc60 delivered to Volvo Cars of WS. When my wife brought it in for service she was told she had to wait at the dealer without a loaner after they initially had offered her one thus altering her workday at the last minute. Tire pressure monitor light on and VCWS turns it off finding no problem with tires. 2 days later TPM light on again and nail is removed/tire plugged at local tire dealer. Felt like they tried to trick me- Started negotiating on a used car with Salem, a sales manager. We agreed through text messages on a price and a CPO warranty was part of the deal-she asked for our credit card number to put down the deposit and then told us that unfortunately the CPO warranty was not included. Bias with women Let me start with my past experience. I have leased or purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership over the last 15 years. I received diligent price negotiations and premier service. In hind site, my husband was with me for all these purchases. But on Friday July 14 I pulled in to purchase by myself because I was returning from Raleigh and near the dealership. Bad customer service after the fact My experience was with the GM Rob and GSM Les. A family member(64yr old recently widowed single female with no children) felt there recently brand new Volvo was having mechanical issues and asked for it to be throughly inspected before picking it up. She was provided a rental car (complimentary thru new car warranty ) and the inspection was included in her new car warranty. Disappointed I came in for a oil change and asked for tires to be rotated, $20 for rotation, no problem, I leave and get on highway and car has the tremors, steering wheel shakes at 60 miles an hour, I come back and was told I need them balanced, extra 40 dollars, disappointed they don't tell you this and charge extra. Will not come back once Warrenty ends. And their attitude was non caring.
