I called about the lock on my driver side front door. I was told to come in that afternoon. They kept the car for accesment and called to report what was wrong. They had to keep it over night. The car was ready by noon the next day. I was very pleased with the intake service representative, she was very helpful and explained what was going on. She called to inform me when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.
