Everyone was polite. My concerns were addressed and was advised of other. Job was completed in a reasonable about of time. It would be nice to have someone greet you outside as you drive up. This was the second time my meter wasn’t reset to alert me of the next oil change. I inquired about getting a free oil change after you receive a certain amount of then, but I didn’t receive the literature or pamphlet detailing the info. Overall I was satisfied and I do plan on returning!
This is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever worked with I’ve been dealing now for over 30 years buying vehicles I recommend anybody to go to this dealership they are the best
I was able to schedule my keep repair quickly and was very satisfied with how quickly i was to get it back. Very satisfied with this service.
Our jeep needed extensive work done to it. Antwerpen kept me in the loop as it took about 7 weeks to get all the parts and everything back in place. I was allowed a loaner car because it was going to take so long. Maurice the manager is a stand up man and Bill Pratt, I can’t say enough good things about him. The service dept, especially Charlie and Shaun are top notch professionals!!
