I think they did a good job fixing my keep but the price was a little steep. $400. Replaced wire unstop drain. Jeep Thanks great job

The mechanical work on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was very good. The customer service department needs attention, especially in the area of communications. It took 4 phone calls to get a live rep after being put on hold 3 times and being cutoff 1 time. This level of difficulty will cause me to seek another Jeep dealer.
