The actual service is good. What I don't like is EVERY time you take a vehicle in they "find" $1000 to $1200 work that should be done on a car that isn't even 5 years old

Originally brought our vehicle in on 2.22.25 at which time they stated they needed to order a new weather lining for our trunk door and they would call when it arrived. We never received a call and it wasn't until I followed up on 3.7 that they mentioned the part arrived and we could have it replaced on 3.10. The quality of the repair was great but I would have appreciated better follow-up.
Antwerpen Toyota keeps my car in excellent condition.
VERY Happy with the service. We have an extended service plan with Toyota but we have to explain that to the advisor every time-even though it is in our records.
