While I wish the service had been less costly, everything was explained well and options were given.
I was able to book a convenient appointment. Yale, was friendly. Service took a bit long but a few minutes shorter than the 1 1/2 hours they projected. Comfortable waiting room. Friendly and efficient checkout staff.

The service took twice the time we were told and communication was lacking- resulted in us having to get a loaner car for two days. Very inconvenient.
The car was covered in grime, black and orangish. I had to wipe everything down that weekend. Absolutely keep my car clean so there is no way this was there before. It also smelled like oil inside and still does. Part of the back roof liner is not even. Definitely disappointed.
