I don't know where it went wrong but I came in for my 15k service and waited for about 90 mins to get my car back to find that they did not do the 15k service. Just the extra request I asked for when I dropped off the vehicle. So I ended up having to wait another hour or so while they did the 15k service. They also kept calling me by an incorrect name but my name was correct on my receipt. Not "bad" service but not great either.
Good experience overall, good waiting area and they try to keep you informed.
