Pleasant Upgrade I have been trying to upgrade from a bad deal on a decent SUV for months and he was the most professional person that I have encountered from numerous dealership visits throughout Maryalnd. Everyone was very direct, didn't take more time from me than necessary and got me into a great vehicle.
Jetta Sam was very friendly, funny and made the car buying experience relatively stress free. He was willing to negotiate on the price and was able to help secure solid financing options for me. I highly recommend him as your sales consultant!
Out of this world. If you’re thinking of seeing someone else, just stop. Sam is the best person I have ever dealt with when buying a car. Absolutely no pressure, extremely knowledgeable, a real pleasure to work with. He explained the price in detail to ensure there was no funny stuff going on in the background. I can’t imagine going to anyone else in the future.

Sam the man! My wife and I came in never having purchased a car from a dealer before, a little nervous, not sure what we would get approved for and not sure what we really wanted.
