Patient, knowledgeable, and professional I had an excellent experience dealing with Lamont in purchasing a new Atlas. He and Armando patiently worked with me through the process from research to purchase. When the time came to finalize the transaction Lamont had everything in order and the process went very smoothly. I am specifically referring friends and family to Lamont as they consider future VW purchases. When the time comes to replace our small sedan will be getting in touch with Lamont again.
Great experience v Sam is the most knowledgeable salesperson we have came across. He walked us around the car telling us about all the safety that has been put into the development of this Jetta. The test drive was on road conditions that were highway and slower speed rough terrain. From the headlights to the tail lights he had every answer to every question we had. Great service and a lot of help Lamont was very helpful with showing me everything I needed to know about my new car and gave me a tour around the dealership to show me everything I needed to know. He was willing to go on a drive with me and show me how everything worked with my car after I made my purchase. Very kind and super helpful. Armando went out of his way to get me an extended warranty for my remote start so it would match the duration of the car warranty.
Fantastic service and assistance Sam was fantastic to deal with. From start to finish he made sure I understood every feature and how to utilize them.
