Good experience I did not plan to purchase a vehicle when I went in to have my existing car serviced, but the dealers options, inventory and price compelled me to make the decision. The experience was very positive and I was pleased with all aspects of the trade in estimate, price negotiation and ultimate purchase of my new Jetta. My sales consultant (Jack Grist) made the overall process very smooth.

Above & Beyond I went to every VW dealer close to where I live, and every dealer told me the same thing: "Unless you're going to buy it today, you should just look at the inventory online." Best Decision I went to Antwerpen not really expecting to find what I was looking for. I was greeted by Justin (Gambino). I told him what I was looking for and my price range. They had exactly what I wanted and did everything under the sun to make it happen. When it came to me driving away, between Justin and Neil, I left their lot in my new 2014 VW CC! Best Car Buying Experience Ever" In the market for a new car…I highly recommend Antwerpen Volkswagen and ask for the Dream Team (Karl Dungan, Jason, Clarence/Chris) and you will not be disappointed. I was in the market for a 2014 Passat and ended up with a 2015 Passat at a much better price instead. The Dream Team really took great care of me. Karl is by far the best salesman (no joke). My 2nd Jetta; Nate Thomas is one of the best in sales! I leased a 2014 Jetta.. Nate assisted us in the past with our 1st VW after driving and enjoying Hondas for many years. Stopped in "just to look and compare" ... been happy ever since. This dealership is friendly, clean, professional, fair, and pleasure to do business with. Nate is an asset to the company and their service staff is as great as their front of the house staff!
Excellent car buying experience I've driven Volkswagens for years and since moving to Anne Arundel County, MD I've strictly done all my business with Antwerpen.
