Very nice to deal with , Didn't feel pushed into buying. Marty was like dealing with a good neighbor,very acomadating.He made me feel like I could count on him for any future problems or questions. I axually feel like I left a dealer and got a Deal! I will let you know how the next 3 years go.
I went there to buy my first car and it was nothing but a good experience! Great people with great pricing that really cared about my needs and what I was looking for. The people at antwerpen Volkswagen cared about my time and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family and I plan on going back when I decide to trade the car I bought in!
When i went there i was greeted by people to get me serviced right away. i have had past promblems with my car that havent been resolved with other dealers and this dealer let me know the problem right away. i dropped my car off and let them know i needed it back by the next day and they were able to meet my needs.
I would absolutely recommend this dealership and actually I already have to family and friends. The service is excellent and the sales people know their vehicles. I was not rushed in any way nor was a car I did not like pushed on me. The salesman to a long time with me and explained the attributes of the car inside and out. I not only got the car I love but at a great price as well. I bought a certified/used 2005 Jetta and I just love it.
My visits to Antwerpen VW has always been easy and hassle free. I've always been treated quickly and professionally. The sales team worked with me while I test drove and selected a car. What I like the most about the dealership is that my salesman helps me with questions that I might have about my car or even as simple as to set up service appointments. From top to bottom I have been pleased with Antwerpen and I am looking forward to coming back when it is time to purchase a new car.
Salesman and management were very professional and went to extremes to complete the deal to my satisfaction. NO B.S. I plan to tell my friends and family about the great cars at Volkswagen. I am also going to encourage anyone who is interested to contact this dealership and ask for Ben. This guy knows Volkswagen inside and out. Also of not that I am 53 years old and have owned probably 20 cars in my life and this is the very first time I bought from a MFR outside the US.
I had such a great experience at Antwerpen. My salesman Donnie was so helpful from step one. He answered all of my questions and still he helps me set up my service appointments. Antwerpen gave me a great deal when I traded in my Mini for a Passat. I had such a great experience with everyone I came in contact with. Everyone was so friendly. The sales staff was professional and friendly. This is my first purchase from Antwerpen Volkswagen and I plan on coming back when my current lease is over. Great place to send friends and family! They knew I was coming, had the car cleaned and had my paperwork done in no time!
Billy was good. Besides that the entire experience was bad. I had made an appointment to see the car and got all the way to the dealership just to be told the car wasn’t on the lot. I came back 2 weeks later and bought the car. After completing the purchase, the finance person called and said he under charged me 5k. How does that happen?
