Poor customer service, Unreliable, not trusted, terrible experience. I am trading in my vehicle because of this dealership's customer service. I made an appointment three weeks prior to the appointment date. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning and was told by the end of the day that my car had not been worked on, and it would not be worked on that day. Lack of honesty and transparency on advertised pricing and vehicle conditions. Shouldn’t have to wait 6 hours to learn information.
I went to get some service work done, which was oil change, tire rotation, vehicle wipe down, and pollen filter change. Once service work was completed I went to check my vehicle. Upon research, I noticed my tires were not rotate it. I went back into the service area to ask them. How do they rotate their tires? And they inform me that ties are rotated front to back. I was not happy with the services received. My vehicle was brought in for repairs due to a car accident. It took 2 months for the repairs to be done. In the process of repairing my vehicle they broke the back window of my SUV and I had to wait an additional at least another additional 2 weeks. When I received my vehicle there was little pieces of glass in my trunk and I cut myself. I came in with a coupon from Antwerpen Volkswagen, and the manager Adam “adjusted” the price so after the discount I ended up paying more than the original price. I will never go back to the dealership I got my car from again, they’ve really gone down hill since about 2022.
Dealer recommended I make an appointment, I did and arrived at 8:30. Service tech estimated an hour and a half. At 10:30 I was advised they had not even taken it in yet and it would be another hour or so. WHY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT???

Terrible service. They took around 3-4 for a simple oil change. I could have taken it somewhere else and been done within an hour. Second thing, they “misplaced” my key. The guy told me that they had the key in another car that had been taken to get test driven. Never coming to this dealership ever again. Worst experience ever.

Had service No one went over xx list or gave updates brakes etc next day coolant light game on several times so i believe they did not a full Check of atlas

Was not customer service friendly. Not greeted in a proper manner, was not aknowledge for a period of time, never to said goodmorning sir, I'll be with you in a minute, have some coffee and a seat. Was never updated on the status of the car until 8 hours later. Car wash was poor.
