Very poor communication with virtually no updates other than when I called. Took 2 weeks more than what was quoted and no explanation given. I understand they’re busy but good communication can fix almost any problem.
Extremely disappointing service—six-hour wait for a check engine light diagnostic without proactive communication.
I brought my car in for an oil change last Thursday and requested that my rear wiper blade also be replaced. I also came into my appointment with my left low beam out and expected to have that replaced also. Upon completion of my service, I reviewed my multipoint inspection checklist and it stated that my headlights were working as expected, when I knew that wasn’t the case. Btw Sales Rep. (Sam Serio) and Finance Rep. (Chris Jones), a service contract was fraudulently added on to our final bill of sale, even though we told both multiple times we were not interested in paying anything additional for a "service contract" nor "extended warranty". we did not discover until we left dealership and reviewed the final contract docs. Day 1: I had to bring my car in on 3 separate occasions in order to complete a job. The first time, there was a part that needed to be placed on my vehicle. The part was apparently not painted. Instead of communicating that to me right away, they wait until I came at the end of the day on the shuttle to tell me I had to book an appointment with the body shop, get the part painted, and then come back. Making an appointment was less than simple. The service writer was not friendly and it was clear he did not like his job. I was told I could not exit when I made my appointment only to find when I dropped off my car the 2 people checking in, infront of me getting the same service were permitted to wait. I was called about an hour 15 minutes after dropping my vehicle off and told it was complete. i took my car to have the remote start repaired but my right backup light was out and they did not tell me.or ask me if i wanted it fix
Unhappy had a slip bumper when I bought the car showed to sale man the date I bought the car they try to say it wasn’t there and want to sell me bumper for $100.00 very upset.
We were disappointed that the service rep who worked with us was dishonest about the work to be done. There were several mistakes and judgement errors on the part of the dealership that really disappointed our family.
